Description

California, Cold Springs Campground, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park.  The campground does not have an address therefore, the address used here is a general park address.  The Campbase map provided here is accurate for the campgrounds location.

Cold Springs campground is located 23 miles (37 km) from Highway 198 on the Mineral King Road. The campground is located near the Mineral King Visitor Center amid aspen trees and conifers.

Cold Springs Campground has 31 camp spots with 9 walk-in camp spots.  Open from May 30 - October 15.  No reservations requires, this campground is first come, first served.  Tent only, no RVs or trailes allowed.  Groceries, restaurant, showers are located 2-½ miles (4 km) from Silver City Resort (restaurant, gifts, limited supplies and showers, no gasoline).  Note: This is a tent only campground.  RV's and trailers are not allowed.  The campground is located on the East Fork of the Kaweah River.
