Description

Colorado, Cortez RV Resort.  This park was previously a KOA park.

Directions:

The park is located on the South side of highway-160 just East of of Cortez.  Traveling Eastbound, after the intersection of the 146 and 160, the park will be on the right side approximately one mile out of town.

The park is located just 11 minutes or 8 miles from the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park.

Colorado RV Resort is open April 1 to October 15.  The park has cabins, tenting, and RV camp spots.  Full hookup RV sites are available.  Cable TV is not available however, some air channels are.  The park has free WiFi. Cellular service is usually good for most carriers.   Sites are large and can accommodate large RV's to approximately 60 feet.  Parking pads and camp roads are all gravel.  Some sites have shade.  Its a nice spot conveniently located in the small town of Cortez.  The campground is clean and well maintained.  The park is in a good location for touring the area.  The Mesa Verde National Park is just a few miles from this location.  Campbase enjoyed our stay at this resort and we think you will to.
