From the town of Jenner on Highway-1 travel approximately 20 miles North and the campground entrance road will be on the left side of the highway.

Gerstle Cove State Park is open all year with 30 RV and tent camping.  Camp roads and parking pads are all paved.  Hiker/biker camp spots are also available.  The campground is located just a short walk from the bluffs on the coastline overlooking the ocean.  The state park is located along a pristine section of the historic California coastline with forest, rocky promenades, ocean coves, and grass lands.  It's all quite beautiful.  This campground usually completely fills up on weekends.  Firewood is available from the campground host. 

Local Recreation:

The State Park has several activities available in the park.  There are trails for hiking, biking, and equestrian trails available in the park.  The park also has beach access where you will find photography, Fishing, tide pools, an underwater park, and snorkeling.  There is something for everyone.
