Comment

Lake Nacimiento Resort has lodging, tenting, groups, and RV camp spots.  The lake is located along California central coast with 165 miles of shoreline.  The lake is very large with numerous fingers and coves.  There are several beaches and much of the shore is forested.  In 2016 lake levels were low due to the California drought but, there was still plenty of water.  The lake is bueatiful and the water is clean.  There is a marina with fuel dock and a boat launch ramp available.

There are six different campgrounds at Lake Nacimiento Resort.  Each campground is different.  Some are near or on the water while others are not.  Only Oak Knoll campground has full hookups.  Some campgrounds are more for the partying crowd where music is usually playing all day long, while other camp grounds are quiet and peaceful.
