Description

California, Monterey County Fair RV Park is easily accessible from Highway-1.  Take Gate 6 off of Fairground Road.

Directions:

Northbound on Highway 1 in Monterey, take exit 401B onto N Fremont Street.  After a few blocks, take a right onto Casa Verde Way.  In a block, the street ends at the fairgrounds and Fairground Road.  Take a left onto Fairground Road and a quick right into Gate 6.  There will be a guard shack right there.

Monterey County Fair RV Park is open all year with 56 RV camp spots available.  This is an "in-town" campground with most services located nearby.  Its also located on the county fair property inside the fairgrounds.  The RV hookups are a little different in that they are located in the center of two parking pads.  For one of the parking pads, the hookups will be on the correct side.  For the second parking pad using the same pedistal, the hookups will be located on the wrong side of the vehicle.  Not all sites are level.  RV's up to approximately 50 feet can be accommodated.
