Directions:

From downtown Greenville go South on Highway-6.  After approximately one mile, look for the campground sign the on the left side of the highway.

Moosehead Family Campground

Fuel, markets, restaurants, and services are located in Greenville approximately one mile away.  

Depending on the time of year, many areas in Maine may have ticks, bees, and mosquitos.  Due to the potential problems posed by these insects it's best to arrive prepared should these insects become a nuisance.  Campbase recommends screen enclosures, repellants, bug zappers, and mesh net hats.  Please click these links to see our recommended items. 

Local Recreation:

Moosehead Lake is located just a mile from the campground.  At Moosehead Lake you will find fishing, seaplane rides, and Kataden boat tours.  The lake has a marina with boat launch and boat slips.
