Comment

Moss Landing KOA Express is open all year with 46 RV only camp spots.  There are no cabins or tenting at this location.  The campground can accommodate larger RV's.  A dump station is not available however, each site has a ceptic connection.  There is a group fire ring area, please see the pictures.  There are no individual site fire rings.  The WiFi works well and uses a password.

The campground is located in the Moss Landing Marina.  It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops in the small town of Moss Landing.

If you camp here make sure you bring a large apatite.  Phil's Fish Market Restaurant(see pictures) is an amazing restaurant.  They have a fish market and restaurant with the freshest food available.  In addition, Campbase has never seen such large portions.  You will definitely have leftovers.

There is also a farmers market within walking distance from the campground.  The campground is located in a farming area and the prices at the market are very reasonable.

Campbase has never seen so many whales in one place before.  From the local beach there were to many whales to count.  Definitely plan on a whale watching tour.  Campbase recommends "Blue Ocean" whale watching. At 800-979-3370.

For kayak and bike tours call Adventures by the Sea at 831-372-1807.

The weather in this area runs cooler than the average with morning clouds and fog.
