Washington, Lake Wenatchee State Park Campground

Lake Wenatchee State Park campground has waterfront sites on glacier-fed Lake Wenatchee and the Wenatchee River.  Camp spots are available first-come, first-served.   The campground is seasonal opening April 1 through November 15.  The park has bears.  

There are 197 RV and tent campsites. The South Campground has 100 standard sites for tents, camper vans, truck campers and small vehicle and trailer combinations less than 20 feet. The North Campground has 2 ADA sites, 55 standard sites and 42 partial utility sites (water/electric). Campgrounds have centrally located comfort stations with hot showers. A trailer dump is located in the North Campground.  Each campsite includes one vehicle, each additional vehicles are subject to a $10/night extra vehicle fee. Campsites accommodate 2 vehicles per site. If sites exceed 2 vehicles, overflow parking is available.   

During spring and fall, campground closures are weather dependent. Please check the Alerts posted at the top of the page.  Park Booths operate on a limited schedule.  Self-registration is available; please come prepared with cash/check. A credit card machine is also available in the South Park.  Park gates close at dusk. If arriving after hours to camp, you may open and proceed through the unlocked gate. Please close the gate behind you.
