Description

California, Agate Campground at Patrick's Point State Park has not been visited by Campbase.

The park is 25 miles north of Eureka and 56 miles south of Crescent City on highway 101.

Comment

There are three family campgrounds in the park.  The Agate, Abalone, and Penn campgrounds with a total of 124 camp sites.  Located 25 miles north of Eureka, Patrick’s Point sits in the heart of California’s coast redwood country.  The park has several miles of hiking trails and beaches.  Firewood is also available for purchase at the checkin.

The park has bueatiful shores and dense forests of spruce, hemlock, pine, fir and red alder.  All camp spots are shaded.

Maximum RV length is 31 feet.
