From Florence, Oregon travel north on Highway 101 for six miles. Campground is located on west side of the highway.

Alder Dune Campground is located in a lush costal forest with 39 camp spots available. The campground has vault toilets and drinking water available. Campground roads are paved. The campground is located on Alder Lake and Dune Lake. Most camp spots are around 40 feet deep with some being larger. The campground has back-in, pull through, and pull-a-long camp spots. Most camp spots are shaded. Pets are allowed. The park has sand dune access. Beaches are a long hike from the campground.
