California, Almanor Campground

The campground is located 12 miles South of the small town of Chester on Lake Almanor.

Almanor Campground is located on the shores of Lake Almanor.  The park is divided into North and South campgrounds.  104 camp spots are available.  The campground has direct lake access.  The campgrounds are located at 4,600 ft.  Some sites have water and electric hookups.  The campground is seasional being open from late May through early October.  Sites are first-come, first-served.
