Direction:

From La Canada at the junction of the I-210 and State Route 2 (Angeles Crest Highway), exit I-210 and turn north towards the mountains on State Route 2. Proceed 28.5 miles to Three Points (two miles past Newcombs Ranch Cafe) and turn left onto Forest Service Road 3N17 (Santa Clara Divide Road). Continue west 2 miles to the entrance; gate is on the left.

Bandido Group Campground is located at an elevation of 5,700 feet amid Jeffrey Pines and scrub oak, and will accomodate groups as large as 150 campers. The fee ranges from $24 - $300 per night depending on the number of areas reserved. Area #1 is $24 per night and can accomodate up to 12 campers. Area #2 is $120 per night and can accomodate up to 60 campers. Area #3 and Area #5 are both $60 per night and can accomodate up to 30 campers. Spur trail intersects the Silver Moccasin Trail. Maximum RV length is 40 feet. Area #4 has  a capacity of 18 campers and is $36 per night.

The campground is seasonal being open from April through November.
