California, Coyote Campground was formerly called Loafer Creek Campground, Lake Oroville SRA.

Directions:

Coyote Campground is 68 miles North of Sacramento on Highway 70 to Highway 162. 9.5 miles east on Highway 162 to Loafer Creek, left into the park.

Coyote Campground was formerly called Loafer Creek Campground.  Maximum RV length is 35 feet.  The campground has 137 RV and tent camp spots.  Large oak trees provide shade for most camp spots.  Double sites are available.  The restrooms have showers.  Camp roads and parking pads are all paved. The campground does not have a lake view.
