Maine, Cupsuptic Lake Park and Campground

Directions:

From the Maine Turnpike (I-95): Take exit 75 in Auburn. Take Route 4 to Farmington follow Route 4 to Rangeley and continue on Route 4 towards Oquossoc (approx. 6 miles). Take a right onto Route 16 before you enter the village of Oquossoc and travel 4.3 miles. The campground is on the left side.

Cupsuptic Lake Park and Campground is located on the Mooselookmeguntic Lake.  Reservations are available on the parks website with the URL provided here.  Most camp spots are shade with large pine trees.  Some spots have direct lake access with sandy beaches.  Campground roads are all crushed rock.  Many camp spots have full hookups and can accommodate RV's up to 50 feet.  This is a favorite spot for the locals so make sure you book early.  Tent cabins are available at the campground.  Downtown Rangeley is located just a few miles from the campground where you will find restaurants, markets, shops, and fuel.  There are no services in the immediate area around the campground.  The area does have mosquitos so bring a screened in room.
