Directions:
 
I-40 Eastbound Exit #139, River Road cutoff. From point of exit go over freeway and turn right on Route 66 for 0.6 mile.
 
I-40 Westbound Exit #141, West Broadway/River Road, turn left and go 0.5 mile and turn left on Route 66 and go 0.6 mile. They are on the right side of road.
 
The campground is located beside the Needles KOA.

Desert View RV Resort is open all year on historic Route 66.  60 camp spots at this location.  The campground is in the desert near the Colorado River in the city go Needles.  Close to Lake Havasu and Lake Mohave.  During the winter the campground become a 50-and-over adult park.  A reservation service is available on the campgrounds web site listed here.  There is no water access from this campground.

With the Colorado River, Casinos, desert, and lakes there is a lot to do and see here.  You can ATV ride right from the campground.  It's Non-stop fun.
