Everglades National Park is open all year with just two campgrounds.  The two campgrounds are Lone Pine Key Campground and  Flamingo Campground.  Both campgrounds accommodate RV's and tenting.  Group camp spots are also available.  Back country camp spots are also available.

The Everglades has two seasons, the wet season and the dry season.  The dry season is from November through March and is the best time to avoid bugs while visiting the park.  The wet season is April through October.  Campgrounds are seasional and only open during the dry season.

Cellular service is not good in most of the national park.
