Description

California, Glacier View Campground.  The campground has easy access from Highway-395.  This park was formerly called Triangle Camp County Park. 

Directions:

On Highway-395 in the small town of Big Pine, proceed north on Highway-395.  On the north end of town take a right onto County Road-168 and a quick right into the campground.

Glacier View Campground.  Campbase visited this park in the summer of 2017.  It was difficult to find park information.  Could not even find the campgrounds name.  There was no campground name sign.  Don't know if there is a web site or phone number available.  All I can say is that it's there and great camp spots are available. 

Triangle Camp County Park appears appears to be open all year with approximately 40 RV and tent camp spots.  Electric camp spots are available.  Most camp spots have shade trees.  Water, restrooms and showers are available.  Camp spots are large and level.  It's just a short walk into the town of Big Pine where you will find some services.

Nearby you will find the Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest where some of the oldest trees known to exist are located.
