Description

Indiana, Glendale State Fish and Wildlife Area.  The campground is located on Dogwood Lake. (Note: Not to be confused with Dogwood Springs Lake)

Directions:

From the small town of Washington, Indiana, go Southbound on Highway-257.  After approximately 5 miles, look for County Road 600 S and to left.  After just over a mile you will come to the intersection of Sportsman Road, take a right turn and follow that down into the campground.

Glendale State Fish and Wildlife Area.  The campground is open from April 1 through October 30.  RV and tent sites are available.  The campground is first-come, first-served.  Restrooms are available.  Most sites have a picnic table and a fire ring.  Lake access is available from the campground.  The park has 67 sites with electrical outlets and 57 dry camp sites.  There are 121 total camp spots.   The campground sits on a 1,400 acre lake.  Swimming is not allowed in the lake.
