Utah, Halls Crossing Campground

Directions:

Entering Glen Canyon National Recreation area from the East on highway 276, proceed to the entrance gate.  After entering the park gate, the campground will be on the left side in approximately half a mile.

Halls Crossing Campground has 43 dry camp spots.  There are also two group sites available.  Portable water, sinks, and a dump station are also available.   A laundry, camp store, fuel and phones are located across the highway from the campground at the Halls Crossing RV Park.  For reservations call 800-528-6154.  The campground is approximately half a mile from the launch ramp and one mile from the Halls Crossing Marina where there are additional services available.  The ferry port is approximately 2 miles from the campground.  The ferry takes RV's and cars across the lake to Bullfrog Marina.  Halls Crossing Campground is a very nice campground with some shade at most camp spots.  Certain camp spots also have fantastic Lake Powell views.  Large pull round spots are available for the larger RV's.  RV's up to approximately 35 feet can be accommodated.   This is a desert area.  Temperatures reach into the 100's during the summer months.
