Hidden Pines Campground is open all year with approximately 50 RV or tent camp spots.  The campground does not have direct beach access however, it's an easy walk from the campground to sandy beaches.  Campground roads are all paved while parking pads are crushed rock.  Many spots are grass.  The campground has a restroom with showers.  There is also an indoor heated pool available.  This is an "in-town" campground with services available nearby.  Ice and firewood are available at the campground office.

Local Recreation:

There are three sea glass beaches nearby in Mackerricher State Park.  The spot where the sea glass is was origionally a dump.  Over the years the glass from the dump has been smoothed and polished.  It's against the park rules to take any glass.

The Skunk Train is an interesting way to spend the day.  They have daily tours and even an over night camping event.

Noyo Headlands Park is located along the Pacific Ocean near downtown Fort Bragg.  There is a paved walking/bike trail along the beach cliffs.  Quite nice really.
