Description

Colorado, Hidden Valley Tent Campground, US Forest Service is a primitive tent camping only area. The site is located between the Powderhorn and La Garita Wilderness areas. 

Direction:
Drive south on State Highway 149 to Forest Road 788. Turn left on FDR 788 and drive 6 miles, passing Deer Lakes Campground. The road to the campground is dirt.

Hidden Valley Tent Campground.  This tent camping site is great for folks interested in hiking and backpacking. There are just four tent camp spots at this location.  The campground is 9700 feet.  The campground does not have water. There are extensive trail systems in the area of the campground.  No RV spots at this campground.  Cebolla Creek runs past the campground.
