Kaibab Campe RVillage is a seasonal campground with cabins, RV and tent camping.  In season, May 14 to October 15, contact the campground office directly to check availability and make reservations.  There are a total of 97 RV and tent camp sites.  Maximum RV length is 45'.  Full hookups are available.  It's the only campground near the North Rim of the Grand Canyon with full-hookups.  All other campgrounds are dry camping.  The campground is located approximately 1,000 feet down Forest road 461 and is off the main highway.  The dirt road is level and smooth so, it's not a problem for the larger Rv's.  The campground is located approximately 45 miles from the north rim of the Grand Canyon.  The North Rim and De Motte campgrounds are closer to the canyon however, these campgrounds fill up quickly.   Detailed information on these two campgrounds is available here on Campbase.   Kaibab Camper Village has easy access to fuel and a small market.  It's located in a natural pine forest so most camp spots have shade.  Please see the photos tab for pictures.

Jacobs Lake. Inn and the Kaibab Plateau Visitor Center along with a Chevron fuel station are less than one mile from the campground in the town of Jacobs Lake.  Only a few services are available at Jacobs Lake.
