Description

California, Lake Jennings Campground has easy access from Interstate-8.

Directions:

East or Westbound on Interstate-8, take the Lake Jennings Park Road exit and go North.  After just a few blocks, take a right on Harritt Road.  In approximately one mile the road ends at the lake.  Follow the campground signs around to the left.

Lake Jennings Campground is open all year with 100 RV or tent camp spots.  Rv's up to 40 feet can be accommodated.  None of the camp spots are on the lake but many spots do have a lake view.  Approximately 35 camp spots have full hookups and another 35 have partial hookups.  Restrooms with showers are available.  Ice and propane can be found at the campground entrance station.  Most cell phones have service from the campground.  The campground is located in a small pine Forest where most camp spots have  shade trees.  Parking pads are crushed rock.  Free WiFi is available throughout the campground.  Services are available just a short distance from the campground.    Fuel is available near Interstste-8.  

The lake is drinking water for the city of Lakeside.  Water contact is prohibited.  All boats must be sit in dry boats.  Pets are not allowed near the water.
