Description

Nevada, Las Vegas KOA at Sams Town is located on Boulder Highway approximately 7 miles from the Vegas Strip.  Its a direct drive to the Strip up Boulder Highway.

Directions:

There are numerous ways to get to the park, the following directions are just one.  On Interstate-515, Southeast bound in Las Vegas, take the Boulder Highway exit and go Southeast onto Boulder Highway.  In approximately one mile you will cross Flamingo Road and quickly Nellis Blvd. Start looking for the KOA sign on the left side of the highway after the casino.  Its the first left turnout after Nellis Blvd.

Las Vegas KOA at Sams Town is a large RV park located in Las Vegas but, not near the strip.  The KOA has two Casinos near the park in easy walking distance.  Its a great spot for convenient casino access.  Big rigs up to 70 feet can be accommodated in pull-thru sites.  The park has a pool, jacuzzi, and dog walk.  Campground roads are all paved.  The restrooms are very large with showers.  There is a Walmart Super Center directly across the hihway.  Its a good spot for staying in Las Vegas, all the essentials are nearby. 

Note: To have your RV washed and waxed while in Las Vegas, go to Global Truck Wash right near the RV Resort.  Very reasonable for an RV wash.  The wash is located at 8112 S. Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas.  Phone number is (702) 369-2323.
