Description

California, Manchester State Park Campground is located along a remote section of pristine California coast near the Point Arena Lighthouse. 

Directions:

From the town of Manchester, go north on Highway-1 for less than one mile and turn left onto Kinney Road.  Go West on Kinney Road for less than a mile and the campground will be on the right side.

Manchester State Park Campground is a seasional Campground open from May through September.  41 RV and tent camp spots are available.  Motorhomes up to 30 feet and trailers up to 22 feet can be accommodated.  All camp sites are dry camping, no hookups.  Vault toilets are available but, no showers.  Each camp site has a picnic table and fire ring.  A RV dump station is available in the park.  The beach is located approximately one mile from the campground.  There is a walking path from the campground to the beach.  Cellular service from the campground is good. 

Local Recreation:

The beach near the campground is the primary activity from this campground.  Beachcombing and sun bathing are popular from this location. 

The Point Arena Lighthouse is located near the campground.  The entrance fee is $7. 

Lake Davis Wetlands and Costal Dunes Natural Preserve. 

Steelhead and salmon fishing in the parks two streams.
