Directions:

From the small town of Tower, take 3rd Street Westbound.  It changes to highway-697.  Follow 697 Northbound.  It goes around the Airport in approximately one mile and changes direction to the Northeast.  Go approximately one more mile and the parks entrance will be on the left.
