California, Millerton Lake SRA

Directions:

The area is 20 miles northeast of Fresno via Highway 41 and Highway 145.  Take Highway-41 out of Fresno, Northbound.  After approximately 20 miles, take a right onto Highway-145.  After approximately 3 miles at an intersection, take a right turn and follow the parks signs.  After the right turn the highway continues as Highway-145 into the recreation area.

Millerton Lake SRA has 8 different campgrounds located around the lake. RV's up to 36 feet can be accommodated in some campgrounds.  Most campgrounds have direct lake access. Meadow Campground has full RV hookups and paved parking pads.  A boat launch ramp is also available at Meadow Campground.  Horse camp sites are available.  The park is open all year.  Summer heat at the lake can be extreme.
