Description

Oregon, Nehalem Bay State Park Campground is located on the beach in Mehalem Bay.

The campground is located just off Gary street, approximately three miles south of Manzanita.

Nehalem Bay State Park Campground is open all year with 265 RV and tent camp spots.  Yerts and Hike/Bike sites are also available.  Equestrian camp spots and horse corrals are also available.  This is a very large state park recreation area with numerous activities available including fishing, horsebacking, and beachcombing.  The park is located along the pacific ocean with the Southern end of the park on Nehalem Bay.  Its actually a four mile long sand spit.  Sand dunes and beaches are accessable from most canp spots.  The park has six campground loops.  Loops A, B, and C are reservable online and for reservations only.  Loops D and E are not reservable and are first-come, first-served.  F loop is an equestrian campground only.  You must have a horse to camp in this area.  Some camp spots are as large as 55 feet however, most spots are approximately 40 feet.
