Description

New York, Niagara Falls State Park.  The following information is for RV drivers only.  It does not apply when driving your car.

Direction:

Note: There are multiple ways to get into the park.  Campbase recommends you enter the park using the Niagra Scenic Highway running along the Niagara River.  At the round-a-bout, take the second right continuing straight along the river on Riverway.  Travel on Riverway for a few blocks and take a right turn onto 4th Street.  In one block take a quick left onto Buffalo Avenue.  Travel Westbound on Buffalo for just a few blocks and take a left turn onto 1st Street.  1st Street will cross over the Niagara River and onto Goat Island.  Once on Goat Island, follow the signs or just continue on Goat Island Road until you see Lot 3.  Please see the Campbase map tab for exactly where Lot 3 is located.

Campbase recommends leaving your RV at the local RV park however, most roads can accommodate 35 foot RV's  The parks own shuttle is at least 35 feet.  There are multiple intersections and turns when entering the park making driving the RV less desirable.

Please see the Campbase map tab for the RV parking area in the park.  Also, from the auto parking area, follow the signs to the RV parking area.

Comment

Niagara Falls State Park is open all year.  There are no campgrounds in the park.  Look to the bottom of this page for campgrounds in the area.  RV's to just about any size should use parking Lot 3 at 50 Goat Island Road, in Niagara Falls State Park.  Any RV over 18 feet should also park in Lot 3.  Lot 3 has easy access and there is a park shuttle stop at Lot 3.  The shuttle circles the entire park with multiple stops in about 25 minutes.  The shuttle is really the best way to get to all the parks viewing locations.  Very little walking will be required.  Please see our photos tab for pictures of the park. The park has paved bike and walking trails for those that are physically active.  its very easy to ride between sights.
