2014 rates range from $4,750 to $5,850 and include water, sewer, electricity and cable TV. All  255 sites can accommodate units with slide-outs/tip-outs. Most of sites have a 31-foot length limit, but some can fit units up to 37-feet in length. All sites have 30 amp hookup and many larger sites have 50 amp service available.
