Directions:

From Interstate-80 take the S Highway-191 exit.  Go North to the North side of the interstate and turn right onto Foothill Blvd.  Travel Eastbound along the interstate for approximately one mile and the campground entrance will be on the left side.  Its located behind the tank farm.

Rock Springs KOA is open all year with RV camp spots. Big rigs to approximately 90 feet can be accommodated.  Camp roads and parking pads are all crushed rock.  There is no shade in this park.  This is primarily an overnight park for RVers traveling on Interstate-80.  There are clean restrooms with showers and a laundry.  The park also has a small camp store with the essentials.  There is some freeway noise but its minimal.  Pets are allowed and there is a dog walk.  The park does have cable TV available.  Approximately 150 camp spots are available.  Most services are located nearby in the town of Rock Springs.  Cell service was good from this location.
