Description

Arizona, Wahweap RV Campground at Lake Powell.

Directions:

Near the town of Page, Arizona.  Take Highway 89 north toward Glen Canyon Dam.  In a few miles cross over the dam and the River.  On the right side of the highway, look for Lake Shore Drive.  Go right onto Lakeshore Drive.  Travel a few miles, pass the Marina and lodge, the campground entrance will be on the left side.

Wahweap Campground has group, tent, and RV camp spots.  The campground has 139 full hookup camp spots.  There are several loops.  Some loops are for tenting while other loops have full hookups for large RV's.  There are 208 total camp spots available.  The Wahweap Lodge and Marina are nearby.  The campground is not on the water however, Lake Powell and beaches are just a short walk away.  

The park shuttle runs on the half hour.  

At the campground entrance is a market, restrooms, and showers.  The Lake Powell Lodge and Marina is less than a mile from the campground.  The marina has a boat launch and docks available.  

RV's up to 45 feet can be accommodated in some loops.  

WiFi is available however, some of the loops may not have good reception.
