Whistler Gulch RV Park and Campground

The campground is seasonal, May 1 thru September 30.  Reservations can be made by calling us at 1-800-704-7139.  Reservations are also available online at the campgrounds website provided here.

The campground has cabins, tent sites, RV sites and Bike-In Sites.  Big Rigs are Ok.  Full hookup and pull through camp spots were available.  Camp roads are all paved.  Parking pads are gravel.  Each site had a picnic table and fire ring.  There was a really nice seasional pool, see our photos tab for pictures.  The Mickelson Rail Trail runs across the street with the trails starting point being approximately one mile away.  The Mickelsen trail was a great ride.  Whistler Gulch Campground also has Bike-in camp spots for those that are riding the trail.  The park has a laundry, restrooms, and showers available.  Pets were allowed.

The campground quickly responds to email questions all year round and is also a Good Sam and Trailer Life award winning campground.

The City Trolley stops right at the front of the campground and travels to and from the Historic Deadwood Main Street without having to worry about parking.  Just park the car and forget it.   The trolley was great.  $2 per rider, per ride.

Local Recreation:

The Mickelson Bike trail.  There is a small fee to ride the bike trail.  See our pictures tab for a trail picture.
