Description

Washington, Willaby Creek Campground, in the Olympic National Forest. 

Directions:

From Aberdeen, WA travel 40 miles north on Highway 101 to South Shore Road. Take South Shore road 1.5 miles north to Willaby Campground.  Entrance to campground is from the Quinault Lake South Shore Road just beyond the Quinault Rain Forest Nature Trail.

Willaby Creek Campground, is seasional being open from May through November.  Just 21 RV or tent camp spots are available.  Campbase estimates that Rv’s up to 30 feet can be accommodated in some spots.  Restrooms and drinking water is available.  The campground is located on the shores of Lake Quinault in a beautiful temperate rain forest.   Reservations and first-come, first-served when sites are available.  Reservations are available through www.recreation.gov.  There are bears in the area so secure your food at all times.  Campground roads and parking pads are all paved.  Each camp spot has a picnic table and fire ring.  Most camp spots are well shaded.
