Bayley's Camping Resort is a seasonal resort open from April through October with tenting, RV sites, Cabins, and trailer rental.  Truly an amazing campground.  Great place for the kids with all the activities available.  They will never be bored.  There is a shuttle that services the campground and takes campers to the beach.  The campground has several pools, a cafe, fishing ponds, arcade and much more.   Located just a short distance from Old Orchard Beach and the pier.  The campground can accommodate Big Rigs of any size.  It's one of the best campgrounds in the state of Maine.  Located in a pine forest, most camp spots have shade trees.

The campground also has planned activities on a daily basis.  There are fishing derbies, kids bingo, mini-golf, face painting and many other counselor directed activities.

After the sun sets there is live entertainment 7 nights a week at the camps entertainment complex.

Old Orchard Beach is a great location to spend the day.  There is an old downtown area, pier, and amusement park.  There are numerous restaurants in the area.  The beach is also right there so, bring your beach towel.

Another place to visit is Funtown Splashtown.  Take the whole family and make a day of it.  The web site is www.funtownsplashtownusa.com.  Funtown is only open during the summer months.

Depending on the time of year, many areas in Maine may have ticksbees, and mosquitos.  Due to the potential problems posed by these insects it's best to arrive prepared should these insects become a nuisance.  Campbase recommends screen enclosuresrepellantsbug zappers, and mesh net hats.  Please click these links to see our recommended items.
