The campground is located across the I-5 freeway from Mission Bay on Morena Blvd. It's in a good location for seeing the San Diego area.
Directions: From the I-5 freeway
Take Exit 21 or Tecolote Rd. / SeaWorld Dr. Go east on Tecolote Rd. to Morena Blvd. Make a left at the light.
Go through the next light and pass the Circle K.
The campground is on the right hand side of the road at 1579 Morena Blvd, San Diego, CA 92110

Comment
The campground has extended stay and nightly rates. Tent sites are not available at this location. All camp spots have green grass and some spots have shade. Full hookups are available at every camp spot. Parking pads and roads are all paved.
The front office staff were very helpful.
See the picture adds on the right side of this page for some of the restaurants in the area. Access to Mission Bay is approximately one mile away. The Gas Lamp District or Old Town San Diego is approximately 16 blocks from this location. Bring your bicycles and ride the bike path that circles Missin Bay. It's about an eight mile loop on mostly bike trail. There are also numerous bike and boat rental places around the bay.
The Railroad tracks and Interstate 5 run past the front of the campground and there is some freeway noise.
