Dripping Springs Campground is a new and modern campground with newly paved camp roads and parking pads.  The campground  has tent and RV camp sites.  RV's up to 27 feet can be accommodated. There are equestrian camp spots.  A few of these spots also have horse pens.  See the picture tab for photos of the individual corals.  Dripping Springs campground is a wonderful campground adjacent to the Agua Tibia Wilderness.  It's really quite nice.  Most camp spots have oak trees for shade.  The campground is adjacent to sensitive riparian habitat which is home to the endangered Arroyo Toad.  Hiking is popular in the surrounding hills.  The campground has vault toilets but, no showers.  Drinking water is available.

Use caution when entering or leaving the campground from highway 79.  Traffic travels fast and can not be seen before traveling over the nearby hills..

The closest market and fuel station is the Stagecoach Inn, 5 miles east on highway 79.  There is also a small restaurant.

34 sites. 9 Equestrian sites available.

Caution, Mountain Lions have been seen in the campground.

Reservations: Fourteen (14) sites are available for reservation at 1-877-444-6777 , www.recreation.gov, or www.reserveamerica.com.  Click the red button above to reserve at ReserveAmerica.  Sites are also available on a first come, first serve basis.
