Maine, Greenlaw’s RV & Tenting Park

Directions:

From the town of West Stonington take Airport Road to the northeast for approximately two miles.  Take a right turn onto Greenlaws Park Road.  The campground will be right there.

Greenlaw’s RV & Tenting Park has approximately 50 RV and tent camp spots.  The campground is seasional being open from May through October.  Extended stay sites are available.  Big rigs up to 45 feet can be accommodated.  Most camp spots have shade trees. Camp roads are paved.  Parking pads are crushed rock. Full hookup sites were available.  Each spot had a picnic table and fire ring.  Firewood was also available for sale.  The campground is located on Dear Isle near the fishing town of Stonington.  Lobstering is popular in the area with several lobster ponds available.  Sea kayaking adventures are also available nearby. Cell service in the area was limited for most cellular carriers.  The park did have WiFi. 
 
Depending on the time of year, many areas in Maine may have ticksbees, and mosquitos.  Due to the potential problems posed by these insects it's best to arrive prepared should these insects become a nuisance.  Campbase recommends screen enclosuresrepellantsbug zappers, and mesh net hats.  Please click these links to see our recommended items.
