Oak Knoll Campground and Acorn Campground are the parks two campgrounds.  Both campgrounds have lake access.  Acorn Campground is the larger of the two campgrounds and usually remains open later in the season.  The 4,400 surface-acre lake was created in 1964 with the completion of New Hogan Dam.  The campgrounds are seasional and may also be closed due to low lake levels.  Its best to call and verify the campground is open before departing to this location.
