The campground is one of the most popular campgrounds in Big Bend National Park.  The campground does not have showers however, showers are available at the nearby village store.  The village store is just a short walking distance.  The Village store has drinks, ice, laundry, WiFi, fuel, and propane available.  The WiFi is good but you will need to sit at the village store for a connection.  Cellular service is not available in most of the park.  The group campground does have river access however, most of the river does have tall reeds covering the banks.  Swimming is not recommended due to dangerous currents and no place to exit the river due to thick reeds.  There is a 14 night stay limit.
