On Interstate-10 in Quartzsite, Arizona, take the Quartzsite Avenue exit. Go North on Quartzsite Avenue for approximately one block to Main Street. Take a right on Main Street. Go west for approximately one mile, the campground will be on the left side.

Tyson Mobile Home and RV Park is open all year with mobile home and RV camp spots. Primarily a mobile home park, there are approximately 10 RV only camp spots available. Looks like a good snowbird location. There are crushed rock camp roads and crushed rock parking pads. There isn't much shade available. There are full hookups but no pull through camp spots. Summer tempratures are extreme in this area and it tends to drive most RVers out of the area.
The park does not have an email or web site. The phone number provided here is the only contact.
Local Recreation:
The area is popular with rock hounds. Quartzsite has several rock shows throughout the year.
The Colorado River is approximately 20 west of Quartzsite.
