The campground is located deep inside Crystal Cove State Park.  There are no roades to the campground, walk or bike in only.

California, Lower Moro Campground, Crystal Cove State Park.  There are approximately 10 tent only spots at this location.  RV spots are not available at this campground.  This campground is open all year.  The campground is hike-to or bike-to.  Mountain bikes only, no road bikes.  It's located several miles inside the wilderness area.  There are picnic tables, vault toilets, and trash cans at the campground.  Most camp spots are level but, there is no shade.  Wood burning is not allowed but, camp stoves are allowed.  There is water in the state park but not at the campground.  Pets are not allowed.  Please see our Crystal Cove State Park page for additional detail.

Mountain biking in Crystal Cove State Park.  The trails are all challenging.  The park has several mountain ridges so it seems like you are always peddling up hill.  Most trails are dirt roads.
