California, Manzanita Lake Campground, Lassen Volcanic National Park (elevation 5,900 ft.).  

Direction:

From Redding, California drive 48 miles east on State Highway 44. Turn right into Lassen Volcanic National Park and continue one mile south to Manzanita Lake Campground.

Note: The campground does not have an address however, the Campbase map is accurate for the location of the campground.

Comment

Manzanita Lake Campground is the largest campground in Lassen Volcanic National Park with 179 RV and tent camp spots.  It is within walking distance of the scenic Manzanita Lake, a popular fishing and family destination, and offers impressive views.  The campground is seasonal being open from May until the snow closure (loops C&D close 10/20) No water after 10/20.  RV's up to 45 feet can be accommodated.  Motorized boats are not allowed on Lake Manzanita.
