Description

California, Moraine Campground is located near Tioga Pass and the Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park.  

Directions:

From the small town of Lee Vining on Highway-395 take Highway-120 and go westbound for approximately 2.5 miles.  Take a left onto Poole Power Plant Road.  On Poole Power Plant Road travel eastbound and the road will end at the campground.

Not to be confused with Moraine Campground in Sequoia National Park.

Moraine Campground is located on Lee Vining Creek with 25 RV and tent camp spots.  This is an overflow campground.  One vault toilet is available.  No drinking water.  This is an active bear area, be bear aware.  Mono Lake is located just a short distance from the campground.  Small RV's and trailers recommended.
