The Sunset Vista RV Camping Facility is open between October 1, and May 31 (It's reverse seasional, closed during the summer) with RV camp spots only, NO TENTING.  This campground is right on the beach and boardwalk near downtown and the Huntington Beach Pier.  Great spot for all the activity, restaurants, and shops.  It can gets a bit cool and damp during the winter.  The campground is all pavement and there is no shade.  The campground has a dump station.  There are 46 camp spots at this location.  Most camp spots have a view of the beach and ocean.  Cellular service in the area is excellent.  120 digital air TV channels are available.  Big rigs up to approximately 42 feet can be accommodated.  Most spots are 30 feet and larger.

Downtown Huntington (Surf City USA) is a short walk from the campground.  Downtown Huntington Beach is a ton of fun.  There is every kind of restaurant, bar and shop.  The area is very active in the evening with everyone enjoying the downtown area.  The campground is situated perfectly for accessing this area.

Newport Beach and the Newport Piers are a short 5 mile bike ride to the south of this location on a beach trail.
