Forks Campground is located near the junction of the South Fork and the Middle Fork of Bishop Creek.  Most of the sites are tucked into the aspen and pine trees, some sites are along the banks of Bishop Creek.  Bear proof food storage containers are available.  This is an active bear area.  The area is remote and cellular service is not available.  Most camp spots are large.  Campbase estimates that RV's to around 35 feet can be accommodated.  Just 21 total RV or tent camp spots are available.  A camp host is usually available.  Vault toilets and drinking water are available.  The campground was closed during the Campbase visit in October.  This is a seasional campground being open from July through August.  Basically a summer campground.
