Description

California, Sequoia RV Ranch is located on the Kaweah River in the small town of Three Rivers.  The campground is located approximately six miles from the Southern entrance to Sequoia National Park. 

Directions:
 
From Los Angeles:
Take I-5 north to Hwy 99 north towards Bakersfield and Fresno. An hour north of Bakersfield is the city of Visalia. STAY ON 99, GPS MAY ROUTE YOU TO HWY 65 A 2 LANE HWY WITH HEAVY TRAFFIC & NO SERVICES. In Visalia, exit at Junction 198 heading east towards Sequoia National Park.  Continue on 198 apx 45 miles, past Kaweah Lake to the town of Three Rivers. As you come into Three Rivers you will see Comfort Suites on your right & the Market on your left. Apx 3/4 of a mile is North Fork Dr. You can only turn left. Travel 2.2 miles or 3.5 kilometers. Located just past the "Kaweah" sign. Turn right into Sequoia RV Ranch.

Sequoia RV Ranch is open all year with RV sites, and RV rentals.  The campground has 54 large camp spots with Mankins River access.  This is one of the few RV full-hookup campgrounds in the area near the southern entrance to Sequoia National Park.  Pull through camp spots are also available.  Most camp spots have large shade trees.  Campbase estimates that big rigs to just about any size can be accommodated in some sites.  

Local Recreation:

Mankins River runs right past the campground.  Nearby is the Kaweah River where you will find river rafting and kayaking. 

The southern entrance to Sequoia National Park(SNP) is located just four miles from the campground.  SNP has large sequoia trees to view including the Sherman Tree.  The park also has the Crystal Cave.  Cave tours are $16 per person.  Tickets are available just up the highway at the SNP visitors center.  Tickets are also available online at www.nps.gov.

Kaweah Lake is located just four miles south of the campground on Highway-198.  The lake has a marina and launch ramp.  Boating, fishing and water sports are popular activities on the lake.
